We are trying to keep this debate about freezing green coffee.
I can answer shortly that I have not had any good experiences with freezing roasted coffee. Only after 8-10 weeks will the frozen coffee taste better than coffee kept at room temperature for the same amount of time. That is my experience from several experiments.
